This is the second Salesforce engagement with RevTech360 this year. The Lumina IT team was tasked with refreshing the Salesforce instance which was largely neglected and therefore abandoned by the organization’s staff. While the first engagement involved basic clean-up and right-sizing licensing, this project called for the re-development of the LIV functionality that was still used by the LIV staff although the workflow no longer followed the revised business processes. While the new build has been deployed to production, it is still early in the practice of ongoing daily use. Therefore, I selected NA for one of the questions. Based on my previous experience with the RevTech360 team, I have no doubt the solution will add value and streamline work processes. The team listened carefully to the business requirements as stated by Lumina staff members who have varying degrees of technical ability. What strikes me most from a non-technical perspective is how patient the RevTech360 team is. They question for clarity and are very willing to revise work as requirements inevitably change during testing. From a project management view, there is regular communication regarding progress, hours remaining, and next steps. Much of the communication can be successfully accomplished via email, and they are very prompt in replying. As part of the project plans, the RevTech360 team will provide system administration documentation and training for the IT Applications Manager who will be responsible maintaining the Salesforce instance going forward. They are true collaborators with the client’s best interests as heart.
