Multi Select Reusable component

The standard lightning: dualListBox is currently used to implement the multi select picklist component. But this standard component has only few features like add, remove, up and down and it cannot be customized to add extra features. This standard component cannot be used directly with multiselect picklist fields, rather we need to convert them into a list and then pass it. [4:32 PM] HARSHPREET CHHABRA The Custom Multi Select component will include features from standard component (add, remove, up and down) with additional features like add all, remove all, move top and move bottom and dynamic search functionality which would make searching easier.
