Control how many people are in a store at a given time

Overview

Keeping up with store capacity, current occupancy, and total foot traffic can be difficult for stores and reporting a store, region or area level is impossible unless data is tracked across all stores in a single application.

  • Define your store locations and set capacity thresholds

  • Track entrances and exits for real time occupancy. Track total daily entrances and total daily exists for an overall view of store traffic. Track the date, time, # in party and the visit action (enter or exit) for each guest

  • Report on occupancy and foot traffic at the individual store or higher level

Enable management to set the capacity of each store, and view the current occupancy of all your locations. Enable clerks to track how many users are in a store at a given time and where the store is vs capacity with Salesforce for iOS and Android
