Impact box were extremely open and gave us a quote and timeline that they stuck too. The only hiccup during the process was Salesforce not having completed our charity set up so the 30-day trial timed out but Chris @ Impact box managed to get this all sorted and supported the reapplication and getting Salesforce to set us up in the time required. Extremely helpful, very knowledgable and we have already referred them on to multiple partners to replicate what they have created for us.
