Best Marketing Cloud Vendor

We've gone through a number of developers for the last four years–one was a predominant vendor we were referred to by Salesforce. I ran into MarketCatch through a third-party service. While it took a little time to work on our custom Salesforce build, they were able to get things up and running. We still use them from time to time for new needs and issues that arise.

Wouldn't be live on Marketing Cloud without them!

After a failed engagement with another service provider, MarketCatch was able to get our system ready, and have us fully trained to use Marketing Cloud. They were extremely knowledgeable on the system, answered all of our questions promptly, and have a great way of training the system. They worked with our go live schedule and based trainings around our specific needs.

Absolutely vital to our implementation

MarketCatch was vital to our implementation - without them it would have taken at least double the time and we would have been entirely lost. Lamin and Afolabi are incredibly thorough and always available to answer questions. Definitely recommended.

We hired MarketCatch to help us implement Salesforce in order to boost our lead generation after Ontario's long lockdowns. MarketCatch easily implemented our Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, as well as integrated our email systems and managed our data. MarketCatch did their best to work with our outdated business software and were able to creatively adapt to allow us to still reap the benefits of a modern product. The MarketCatch team is quick to respond and helpful in lots of situations, whether it's adding emphasis to an open Salesforce case or dealing with a tough implementation snaffu. While we weren't able to solve our original business problem, we doubt anyone else could've helped us more effectively.

Email Studio + Marketing Cloud Connect Integration Experience

MarketCatch has been crucial to our transition to Marketing Cloud from Mailchimp. As Salesforce admins familiar with the CRM side, it was reassuring to have MarketCatch's support through the implementation. They bring knowledgeable insight and recommendations that helped quickly set up our Marketing Cloud Connect integration. MarketCatch has done a great job getting our organization up to speed and would recommend them to any organization looking to make their transition to Marketing Cloud.

Overall our experience with MarketCatch was excellent. Kayode was very communicative, collaborative, and brought forward strong insights and solutions.
