Duplicates

The team was very knowledgeable and professional. One minor issue- The Excel file that we uploaded our data to didn't seem set up for handling a lot of custom fields or modifying the existing fields- I had to make notes to make sure all the changes I made were accounted for. Biggest complaint though- At the end of the project, we ended up with countless duplicate records in our database. We double-checked the file we uploaded, and there were almost none present. This cost our team hours of time to correct. The options provided by the support account we were given at the end of the project failed to solve this issue.

The entire process ran smoothly. Their expertise enabled us to come to solutions for our buildout that we hadn't even thought about, but needed. The team was so helpful, friendly and all around great to work with.
