Overview

This simple app allows sharing list views with users that are defined by a profile or have a dedicated permission set.

  • Address Users based on their profile/permission set whereever Groups can be selected

  • Triggers directly on profile change. Batch Job to synchronize Groups and Permission sets and to move all existing users to groups based on their profile/permission set

This simple app allows sharing list views with users that are defined by a profile or based on permission sets they are assigned to. To do so, every user is added to a group that has the same name as the profile/permission set he has. Following you can share list views with this group and will therefore you will share exactly with the users having this particular profile/permission set
