Additional Details
Arcus PDF Edit is a self-contained solution for editing PDFs and image files held within Salesforce files. This can be used to extend the features of any Salesforce application which uses Salesforce files to hold PDF documents against records. PDF Edit can be launched from a quick action or link on any record in Salesforce that has related files. Users then choose the file from those attached to the record, and start editing. Modified files are saved back to the same record, either as new versions or new files. Users can permanently redact text and images from file, add freehand annotation to documents, type notes into annotations, and use pre-defined stamps as annotations. There are tools for measuring distances and areas in any technical drawings, floor plans, or other scaled diagrams within your files. You can set the scale either by choosing a ratio, or by measuring a scale bar within the drawing. The files are edited within your browser and not transmitted to any third-party servers, ensuring you remain in control of your security and privacy.
