The Pardot implementation process has been outstanding. The team of Dolly and Gilbert have been very professional, they have understood the brief, attended all scheduled meetings on time and solved issues along the way. We have also worked well together in implementing Pardot into a system that has matured and understood the data catch up required in relation to this specific, custom Project. Within the first 3 days of going live the scheduling team were inundated with bookings from warm leads, the number of jobs booked in this short period broke all records. The value from the investment was realised instantly and we now have a system moving forward that will work seamlessly with the data created by our field workers to re-engage our customers.
