FailSafe is a multi-factor authentication tool that can stop fraudsters from redirecting calls and/or passcodes intended for your true customer. FailSafe accomplishes this by first establishing an Innovis trusted phone number and then layering that phone with real-time hijacking detection and velocity alerts - these layers then create a safety net and identify abnormal patterns of behavior. The layers of FailSafe run in real-time behind the scenes, helping financial institutions strike a good balance between customer experience and risk mitigation and provide a simple identity verification process for non-risky customers to complete.
