They have a very organized & structured approach to client engagements, and they have excellent expertise in Field Service Cloud (scope for this project). Fast and flexible with good quality

Routine Automation has been working with us about a year now. Projects they have been doing are development of three Experience Cloud sites for our customers and small development on Sales and Service cloud. We are working with an architect and couple of developers. They have enough knowledge of the products we use and we get fast response to big and small tasks without waiting for a specialist resource. We are not an easy customer, our business sometimes presents their development needs at the last minute, but Routine Automation can easily adjust when priorities change and they are flexible enough to quickly add more resources when needed. I also like that they bring up alternative solutions and recommend using the best practices. Very clear communication on weekly meetings and on daily basis on tickets and chat. Most recent feedback I got from business was that the developer did everything that was requested on point, without having to send any reminders or queries about missing features. So it's high quality work and I can highly recommend.

Routine Automation has an incredible pool of talented people making sure us, the clients are well taken care off at any given time. In weekly meetings our primary developer as well as account manager update on the progress, give feedback and estimations on new ideas and make sure that there is always alignment between them and us. They took little time to fully understand our business needs and can now actively propose tailor made solutions to make our SF operations faster and more efficient.
