The main scope of the project was to reduce the amount of paperwork and create a client database which allowed us to track and report on client progress, goals and outcomes. As a small charity with little technical knowledge, SK Cloud have been fantastically patient with us. They have been able to communicate with us in a way in which we can understand the potential of Salesforce, as well as enabling us to really get the best for our money. Their support and adaptability is something that has been very much appreciated. We look forward to working on further projects with them in the near future.

In this project we wanted to have an engagement app that our customers can use to communicate with their employees. SK CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING LTD scope, developed and maintained the solutions to the highest standards and provided us with the best support and the ability to enhance the platform and make it grow for our customers. We are using the chatter feed, the notifications, announcements, task and more to provide our customers the best solutions and with the help of SK CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING LTD we have achieved that

The scope of this project was to enabling single sign on between disparate applications. This was achieved by leveraging Salesforce's CIAM features and it also enabled user provisioning. A number of API's had to be created in order to provide the functionality required for user synchronisation by these systems. This is live and is supporting 250k MAU.

As part of an enhancement to a B2E app, an improved version of video streaming and image upload was required. Salesforce acted as the orchestrator handing the media files over to the correct storage mechanisms and ensure that security and access tokens are handled robustly. The project was completed successfully under very tight deadlines.

This project comprised of updating and polishing the UI/UX design of the existing pages. It was a collaboration between Engineering and UX in order to establish what is possible as there were significant changes that needed to be made in order to comply with the updated branding. It also involved updating user journeys. The project was delivered on time.
