AIOPS went the extra mile to ensure our automated reporting is an accurate reflection of our webstore performance. AIOPS was very diligent in working with us to define the right KPIs needed to measure our business and make effective decisions.
We engaged AIOPS to optimize our eCommerce checkout across all of our global webstores on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. AIOPS partnered with our product managers to identify the checkout pain points in each geography and formulate specific solutions for each of them. AIOPS brought deep SFCC product knowledge and eCommerce expertise which were instrumental in our checkout redesign initiative.
