We have been lucky enough to partner with Ravi Kura, Managing Partner and Matt Povey, Managing Partner with our Salesforce Classic instance, which was on our global platform, and more recently with our Salesforce Lightning instance which we separated to our regional platform. Ravi and Matt are vital trusted partners, they were able to come in, access the needs of the business and risks we needed to solve for and execute flawlessly. We not only had the data scrubbing and migration part of our implementation, but documentation of all our work flows and process and multiple internal system integrations. We of course changed our mind on a few work flow processes post our Go Live to Lightning and they were able to implement all change requests. In the beginning, one concern we had was the time difference, as we are in the US and Ravi and Matt are in the UK, but there was no issue with any time challenges or delays in response time. In fact, Ravi specifically, worked into the early mornings hours in the UK to ensure our internal system integrations were set-up and functioning properly. With their advice, guidance and training, being able to partner with our business users, technical colleagues and senior management, Ravi and Matt are true experts, very professional and a pleasure to work with. We also need to mention they were able to work within our budget constraints and exceeded our expectations. Caprice Cloud Technologies Ltd is a firm we will continue to partner with when we have further needs in our Salesforce instance.
