The Onyx team was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall amazing to work with. I could tell throughout our engagement that they were just as invested as we were in meeting our goals (and ultimately, as a non-profit, helping our constituents.) They were patient, flexible, and responsive, and presented us with several clearly defined options that worked with our existing budget as well as helped us in our future planning. Most importantly is that they met all of our goals within the timeline and budget framework that we had outlined at the beginning, and all of the parties involved in my organization - from planning to implementation - were extremely happy with the results of this project.
