All six of us on the team who worked with Erika and PassionFruit on this project felt like we were extremely well-matched! Even with different job responsibilities and SF experience levels among us, we connected well both in group and individual sessions. The process was organized, collaborative and iterative - as the less SF experienced folks learned more about what was possible, we had more questions and ideas - all of which were met with enthusiasm and solutions based responses. We found the Asana recaps and agenda to be clear and transparent, and we appreciated the flexibility to scale up or back on a given project area as needed. Overall, this was a valuable project for our team. I would suggest to other potential clients to really carve out the time to engage in the process - as an education program, May / June are the busiest times of year, and we would've benefitted from having more time to truly do our "homework" between weekly meetings, to regularly bring more feedback, questions and ideas to the sessions. We have had excellent working relationships and outcomes working with Passion Fruit Partners! They were instrumental in porting over our CRM database and customizing some of it for our needs.
