Overview

Any Record Hierarchy is an interactive component that shows the hierarchy of any given record in Salesforce. Fully native, highly customizable, and can be placed anywhere on the record page using the App Builder.

  • Visualize the record hierarchy of any Salesforce object that has self-relationship. Example: - User Hierarchy - Account Hierarchy - Contact Hierarchy - Asset Hierarchy - Case Hierarchy Cross object relationship support coming soon.

Features: - User friendly configuration screen that helps you to configure multiple hierarchies - Customize which fields show up in the record tile - In the hierarchy, view the parent, peer and child records related to the current record - Navigate across the hierarchy just by clicking on the record tiles - Use the root node(blue dot on top), to traverse & navigate to the top level parent record - User the left and right arrows on either side of the current record tile to navigate across the peer records - Search and view the hierarchy of other records in the same view without navigating away from the component - Fully responsive and adapts to any given space Setup Guide: https://salesforce.quip.com/US6zAozquu7g
