Template Option Fails with "Insufficient Permission" Error for Non-Admin Users

I am encountering the following error when attempting to use the **Template** option on the **File Explorer** component: **"Insufficient permission: secure query included inaccessible field."** I have already assigned the **File Explorer Permission Set** to the affected users, and their profiles have access to the **File Explorer** app. These are the only two access-related configurations mentioned in the package documentation and setup guide, and I have completed both. Could you please confirm whether there are any additional permissions, field-level security settings, object permissions, or package-specific configuration steps that I might be missing? At present, this error occurs for all users except those with the **System Administrator** profile. Any guidance on additional access requirements or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Salesforce Lightning Component Error Users are receiving a generic Salesforce Lightning component error when accessing the File Explorer functionality. The error message displayed is: "[NoErrorObjectAvailable] Script error." The error originates from the component: markup://qsyd_FE:qsydFileExplorer This appears to be a JavaScript or Lightning component execution failure within the QSYD File Explorer component. The error is not providing detailed diagnostic information, making it difficult to identify the root cause from the user interface alone. Additional details: Component: qsydFileExplorer Error Type: JavaScript/Lightning Script Error Line: 1140 Column: 112 Function: a The issue occurs on some computers but not others. Deployment recommended from Github Repo with small fixes

The overall idea to introduce folder structures on the files object is great as it helps customers to structure the files without bigger impact on the files structures themselves. Installation from the AppExchange is not recommendet as it leads to error pop-ups in the ui. Nevertheless if you are technically inclined (or know someone) in the Details section you'll find a link to a github repo which you can fork and adjust to your liking and requirements. Adjustments required for successful deployment can be found in the pull requests - which salesforce has not accepted sind 2023. Once the repo is adjusted you can deploy the source with a "deploy to salesforce" button which can be configured to use your repo. Good Luck. PS: At the time of writing the following repo worked for me: https://github.com/cfwdman/FileExplorer

good app, but causing deployment error running test

I am deploying unrelated code and it's running a test class that belongs to this managed app. So, I can't see the code or fix it so I have to jump through hoops to make it not run. Error: System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object (qsyd_FE): [] Stack Trace: Class.Test_ContentDocumentTrigger.testInsertDocument: line 15, column 1

Can't install this app. Error

How do I fix this? This package can’t be installed. There are problems that prevent this package from being installed. Lightning File Explorer Component error

Hello, We are encountering an error on a Lightning page that uses the "Lightning File Explorer" component from the managed package developed by Salesforce Labs. The error occurs in the handleDataLoaded() function of the qsydFileExplorer.js file (line 3:11689). No processing seems to be performed correctly when loading files. Could you help us identify the cause of this error and suggest a solution? Thank you in advance.

Error when creating a ContentDocument from Callback

Having been using this fine up until I try to create Documents from an external source (ApexRest callback). As the trigger seems to fire on any content document uploaded, I have no way of diagnosing what is null, and how to resolve. qsyd_FE.ContentDocumentTrigger: execution of AfterUpdate caused by: System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object Class.qsyd_FE.qsyd_ContentDocumentTriggerHandler.afterUpdate: line 69, column 1 Class.qsyd_FE.TriggerHandler.run: line 56, column 1 Trigger.qsyd_FE.ContentDocumentTrigger: line 11, column 1

Error when changing the Sharing Setting for Account

It was working pretty well before I needed to change the sharing setting for the Account to private. I'm now receiving "Error: Unable to change sharing model because sharing objects are referenced by the following components: Lightning File Explorer" Does anyone know how to fix it?
