Digital Mass was introduced to me within the past two years and they've stepped in and assisted on some pivotal projects. They've been great to work with and go out of their way to ensure our needs are met. I'm looking forward to working together for years to come.

Jeff in particular has led one of the most strategic project LOOP and now leading the AI project PEPA. Excellent experience all around

Digital Mass has been a great partner to help us ramp up our Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice. I especially appreciate their attention to detail and ability to pivot based on evolving requirements and scope. Their agile project management process is solid and provides us with fast results to be able to show progress and gauge success. We are considering Digital Mass for more projects in the future.

We engaged with Digital Mass on an effort to migrate from our previous marketing automation system. There were major challenges in this effort related to lack of documentation and internal awarness of what had been operating in the previous system. We were also operating under a hard deadline and had complexities related to multiple environments (US, EU, etc.) as well as dependencies on other teams and integrations with multiple systems. The Salesforce products involved in this engagement were: Marketing Cloud (including Mobile Studio) and Sales Cloud. Digital Mass helped set up our structure in a way that was more well thought out than what I had experienced previously. They came up with creative solutions to problems we experienced and helped guide our team who was mostly new to Marketing Cloud. As we got closer to the deadline, the team went above and beyond to make sure we were successful.

They were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and efficient in everything they did. They were able to help us overcome several standing issues in Marketing Cloud. Overall it has been a great experience working with them.
