Slack integration really helpful!

I really like the integration to Slack -- it puts timely information in front of reps, managers, and leaders in a format they're already using daily (and can also allow them to drill into information right there within the Slack platform.) That's really valuable to reps and managers who want an overview of their information and they can decide from there how far to dig in.

It's integration with Slack is really useful for reps who live in the tool. The alerts are much easier to setup than current native salesforce options

Perfect to get notification and take actions from slack to update Salesforce, Hubspot or Intercom

We created different signals to get notified when something happens in Salesforce, hubspot or intercom and when we have to do something quickly. We can also setup some actions like update a record in salesforce or send an email directly from Slack. There are a lot of potential signals to create, the idea is very good and I hope you will add new features soon like the possibility to add more conditions, personalized messages (conditions,...), display fields from multiple tools into the message.
