Overview

Get a clear view of where your customers are located without leaving your org. With this LWC you can see your customers’ local time, and even their birthday. Three important personal details to optimize your time, meetings, and business conversations.

  • Place as many customers as needed in the map. You set the limit.

  • Use filters for retrieving specific customers' clusters.

  • Check local time in your customers’ cities and also submit their birthdays.

With the Oktana Account Map, you get a clear view of where your customers are in the world, and their local time. It shows contact locations and allows you to filter by birthdays, contacts you own, and new contacts this week. You maintain control of how many customers are placed on the map. The Oktana Account Map leverages the IP Geolocation API, which was created to provide an economical and accurate API solution for determining the approximate physical location of a virtual address(IP).
