Claire was fantastic on a day to day basis. The training wasn’t too focused or targeted and this could be improved.

They were able to really breakdown the process from top line to really basic for all members of the team

Uppersigma is a great advisor for start-up firms setting up their sales pipeline system for the first time.

I wonder if UpperSigma work best in a clearly defined project role rather than a more fluid general support role. They are good at putting a team together for a scoping call but there were times when we just needed more specific guidance to solve a problem / learn about a particular aspect of Salesforce and we were just directed to Trailblazer articles that we had already read.

We have used upper Sigma for a couple of different projects over the past year. Whilst both projects were successful the experience was fairly different based on the Consultant allocated to the project. Most recently working with Rebecca was a joy - it felt like she really understood our business and empowered us to complete large parts of the project ourselves adding valuable insight at various stages.

UpperSigma are a highly professional and dedicated CRM partner. They communicate very well and their approach and knowledge has meant that our CRM has been delivered to scope and well within our timeframe.

Communicative and responsive when we have a query

Our platform users were unable to view Assets, but we needed them to access the Asset name ( a vehicle registration number) to tie up a vehicle check that needed to be completed on a daily basis. We had set up a custom field which allowed the record to be saved, but an administrator had to enter each record to add the Asset name to connect the record. This was not an efficient use of their time. All of the staff at US worked quickly and efficiently to find a solution to this issue. A LWC was written which gave the platform users access only to the asset name. This allowed the record to be saved directly to the Asset and no admin intervention was required. It was fully tested in the sandbox both by them and ourselves before deployment and it did exactly what we required. This company is very professional and I would happily use them again.
