Slow, dated, frustrating to use.

This app has a UI straight from the late 90s and is very difficult to configure and use. Emails took upwards of 30 minutes to arrive at the signatory address which is an unacceptably long time given what is out there and what customers expect. Save yourself the hours and headaches and look elsewhere.
