BAH for Veterans Tracking Application (VTA) always did their best to maintain communication when anything was going well or there was potential issues. Having good communication is key to success. There were difficulties when there was transition in leadership but the rest of the team stepped in the time of need with the federal government Product Manager. I know the team will go on to do better things for the government when given the opportunity.

Great work on this project, team! Your dedication and collaboration really shone through. A big shoutout to everyone for exceeding expectations on all you do. I'm impressed with how you all handle the challenges and situation, well done! As always thank you for consistently bringing your best effort, your contributions are invaluable to the team.

The team from BAH that worked on the MFH product was the best team I have ever worked with in my 30+ years as a VA employee. They were extremely knowledgeable of their product. what was most important to me, was the entire team - from project manager to the developers - really engaged with our program office to understand our needs. They were able to feel connected to the work and strove to provide the best product possible. they were able to come up with solutions that I would never have imagined for our end product. Meetings, although many, were my favorite meetings of the week. The product that we received is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. Field end users cannot stop raving about it and how it really captures the work they are doing. it will allow us to report accurately to Congress - instead of relying on self-reported data. I cannot rave enough about "our team". They are exceptional and I only wish I could maintain them.

Booz-Allen has been a true partner with the VA. They have been proactive, responsible, accountable, and effective throughout their lengthy engagement with VA. They have provided outstanding, world-class service to the VIEWS program and helped us resolve some serious, highly sensitive matters that received intensive focus from the House, Senate, and even the White House.
