Niharika was very knowledgeable of the Salesforce platform and was very helpful with every question I had. She was very organized, and the implementation moved at my speed. Speeding up in areas I understood and slowing down in areas that needed more explanation. I would recommend Niharika and Oloop!
Oloop is very attentive and quick to reply to questions, even in between the scheduled sessions. They were incredibly patient with us as we fumbled our way through learning how to implement both Salesforce CRM and MCAE.
