Installation Agreement####200 OK is listed in Salesforce AppExchange and can be downloaded from the AppExchange portal itself. You or your company can download the application and install it in your test org or your production org directly from the AppExchange.####Licensing Agreement####200 OK is licensed as a user subscription which can be billed monthly and annually depending on the contracting agreement. User subscriptions cannot be shared or used by more than one user but can be reassigned. Your subscription to the 200 OK license does not include the subscription to the Salesforce service. If you wish to use the Salesforce service, you can contact them directly to Salesforce by visiting their website www.salesforce.com. 200 OK allows to integrate third-party providers, but are not responsible for their services. The subscription cost does not include any cost of those third-party providers that you are planning to integrate with 200 OK. Users need to directly contact those providers and get their service before integration with 200 OK.####200 OK license would be solely used for your internal business purposes and shall not license or sublicense, sell, or resell to any third party other than to users. You shall not modify or copy or create work based on this product or build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features and functions on this application.######Third-Party Providers####200 OK enables Salesforce customers to leverage the public cloud applications or any private applications to integrate with the Salesforce platform for able to use these services within Salesforce. 200 OK application is not responsible for any downtime with the third-party application that has been integrated and any issues related to those providers need to be handled by the users directly with those providers. 200 OK does not warrant any third-party providers or any of their products or services and any exchange of data or other interaction will be solely between you and such third-party providers.####Subscription Termination####200 OK provided annual and monthly subscriptions depending on the user license that your purchase. For cancelling a subscription, your or your company should give a minimum of 45 days' notice to the 200 OK company as the same as to be updated with Salesforce. For a yearly contract, if the company does not wish to renew this has to be intimated before 45 days of the renewal date. The same applies to monthly subscriptions wherein they have to notify to cancel their subscription before 45 days.####File Storage####200 OK does not have its own storage. Depending on which storage providers users are integrating the 200 OK would be storing those files in their storage location. 200 OK does not keep or store any files within its system. You or your company understand that the file would be stored outside of Salesforce under these configured storage providers and it's your sole responsibility to manage the files and ensure its safe. 200 OK does not warrant any files lost or misplaced that were stored in these third-party storage providers as it does not handle this information. You have to contact directly with the third-party vendor for any files and storage-related issues.####No Warranty for Third-Party providers####200 OK makes no warranties of any kind for any of the third-party applications that are integrated with your application. We don’t warranty or guarantee for these third-party services for their reliability, quality, error or defects, suitability and availability. 200 OK provides a platform to integrate these providers but it's individual responsibility to directly work with them for any of the services they offer.####No Liability####In no event shall 200 OK have any liability to you or any user for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages based on lost profits, however caused and, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
