Additional Details
Field Service Starter Kit contains 13 features that you can easily enable, test, and roll out to your users. With Status Based Flows, you can capture the time of when a job was started and ended, using them to create Actual Vs. Planned reports. You can also use it to update your Gantt schedule in real time, so that the schedule reflects what is really going on in the field instead of what was planned. Custom Notifications are a great way to alert your mobile workers on important changes to their schedule so they could respond in a timely manner. Notifications included in the Starter Kit include alerts when an emergency is dispatched, notification when an appointment has been cancelled, and notification to share a new work order with a mobile worker. General Flows helps you assign or remove Field Service permissions and permission set licenses, automate recording the assigned resource on the service appointment, create an asset maintenance plan for newly installed assets, and more. Have a great idea for a new feature to include in the Starter Kit? Join the Starter Kit community group and let us know!
