CloudROI has been a great partner to collaborate with on a couple of Salesforce projects. We typically will have an idea of what we're trying to accomplish and they will help us fill in the gaps, provide a roadmap and execute the task for us on-time and effectively every time.

It's not an overstatement for us to say "we could not have done this without the team at CloudROI". Mark Crawford has forgotten more than I will ever learn about SalesForce and we knew we did not have the time to watch videos and read articles on how to make everything work the way we wanted it. After just one initial scoping call with Mark we were well on our way. Mark also did an excellent job of working with personalities and various levels of expertise of our team. One is our VA from the Philippines, one is brand new to using a CRM, one is "an old dog learning new tricks" and myself who knew enough to be dangerous. Mark must have been an Eagle Scout because he was patient, kind, trustworthy and loyal and never lost his cool. We consider Mark and the CloudROI an extension of our team.

Mark was an attentive developer, always on the look-out for efficiencies in the project. Changing an existing workflow to be more streamlined takes a great deal of understanding of our volunteers details knowledge and intimate experience with our brand and Mark was ever ready to learn more to create those opportunities along the way. As a Company grows, so too does its need to streamline processes, for both efficiency and management. One process in particular, License Submittals, was decentralized, disorganized and mismanaged, causing everyone involved much more work. Often, those responsible for completing certain tasks simply did not do so, without any communication, or did not receive the necessary documentation. Together with CloudROI, a process and Lightning Component were designed and created to streamline License Submittals. What used to average those involved a combined 30+ minutes of work (spread over days, weeks, or months) now averages about two minutes of combined work and is usually completed the same day. If not, data verification checks result in reminders to facilitate the process. Without CloudROI, submitting licenses would still be a pain point. Now, it is completely under control.

Staying up-to-date on Salesforce support retirements, CloudROI determined an organization feature, inventory creation and management, required a code base transition to LWC to avoid losing support in the coming year(s). To save additional time, CloudROI was flexible enough to include two additional inventory-related updates within the scope of the code base transition project. The inventory feature is now more responsive, contains additional tools to aid sales in decision making and is simple to manage for Salesforce Admins.
