Thanks to Jakala we developed the new CRM system in record time! We enhance the Single Customer View model, by creating a Marketing Database as a single repository of customer data and KPIs, and by introducing operational CRM tool (Service Cloud), Marketing automation (Marketing Cloud / Journey Builder) by leveraging Salesforce platform. They helped us to show insights and make a decision faster with Tableau dashboards in 1 month
