LeverUP: Full-stack SFMC and cross-cloud

Thanks Lever-Up team. It has been a pleaseure working with the agency in the implementation project. Teams knowledge and effort kept the project going. We are looking forward to contiue on the second stage of the project.

We hired LeverUp to support in a number of areas but primarily with the optimisation of our data to help improve our efficiency. They supported us on the day to day issues we were encountering as well as training in various areas so we could solve these problems ourselves going forward as we wanted the platform to be more tailored to our needs as a team. Additionally, Our goal was to have the tools we needed to utilise the platform successfully and confidently so that it would start working for us in the way we needed it to. We went into our partnership with a basic knowledge of how to work the platform but by the end come up with a comprehensive understanding of how to use it sufficiently to best suit our needs. They worked with us on the front and backend of the platform and created bespoke functionalities within the platform as well as continuous data updates. Additionally, we did KT sessions to train us on how to use these processes going forward. The team were very responsive and flexible to ours needs (which were many) and took us through live scenarios that enabled us to practice on current projects. Their clear explanations and documentation of the processes were incredibly helpful and have enabled the team to be much more proficient with Salesforce as a result.
