Ever since we have started working with Vetrus Solutions our operations have dramatically improved around Demand Gen, Sales, and CS. Vetrus Solutions team has been instrumental in enhancing our SF and Hubspot processes. Areas that we saw dramatically improve are: • our weekly Marketing and Sales reporting. Vetrus Solutions team took complete ownership of SF reporting and helped us centralize all the data in SF and made sure it's always accurate and up-to-date. We have moved from presenting on google slides to SF dashboards. The dashboard views were amazing, and our meeting so much more organized. • Day to day operations. Vetrus Solutions team has been the center of our sales ops communication and has been doing an amazing job making sure we keep the data clean and accurate. In addition to daily Salesforce maintenance, they helped SDRs with account update requests, AEs in converting opportunities through different stages, making sure cold email outreach is mapped in SF under lead profiles and more. • Keeping the data clean. Vetrus Solutions team helped to not only go back and update our aggregate data according to the new guidelines but also introduced a new process to make sure each member of the team follows a consistent way of logging in data in SF. This helped dramatically improve the quality of the information in SF and helped us better understand the health of our pipeline. Outside the daily business operations, what we really appreciate about working with Vetrus Solutions is that they are an expert in the space, are very analytical, always responsive and available when you need their help.
