Embed a feedback form within your Marketing Cloud Account Engagement emails in order to gather instant and direct feedback from your prospects. Ask them about their interests or understand if they like your content (webinar, whitepaper). Leverage these Lightning Web Components in Email Builder to easily ask a question to your prospects: - a Star Rating component with any number of stars (default: 5). - a Text Feedback component with up to 5 text field options. Once sent, prospects can select and submit answers directly from within emails. Using these components allow you to easily enrich the data you have about your prospects and quickly act on it by triggering scoring, segmentations, automations.
