This part of the engagement was focused on post go-live AMS where Yash's team was part of a larger operate/support team. Yash was able to adopt our change control processes and embed themselves into the eco-system where they are now a de-facto part of our team. Our users can not tell the difference anymore.

They not only have deep salesforce expertise they also have templates that they brought to the table like cut-over plans and sprint planning sheets. They were able to adopt very quickly to our own IT department processes and became a part of the whole team in a matter of weeks.
