The package includes 3 dashboards that are Business Value, KPIs, and Bots Analytics that show business outcomes in terms of case deflection and reduction in handle time. Also, you can get insights from bot usage and conversations with your customers. To get started: 1) Set up the date you started using Einstein Bots 2) Answer a few questions on your current support process In return, you will get a dashboard showing: * Cost-savings and ROI from your bot * Savings from case deflection and reduction in handle time * Bot usage data including goal completion, transferring, and other metrics * Goal completion, transferred to agent and other metrics about Bot usage data
