This App wont work if you have Einstien Bot
wanted to get some bot analytics from the active einstein bot but this package requires you to enable "Live Chat " feature which is being discontinued by salesforce and hence you cant enable it.. so technically you cant get analytics package beacause of the deadlock
Does not install if you have Enhanced Messaging
This App wont even setup if you have moved over to Enhanced Messaging. Pointless.

There is just one thing that I don't understand how to do. When I put values in the first step, how can I edit them after the creation of the dashboards?

so if I use the new Einstein bot for Enhanced Messaging - I cannot use this Dashboard?
