Working with Scadea for our Salesforce needs has been very easy in regards to communicating, and identifying our teams needs, and at what pace we learn as a team. They are very accommodating in hearing what we want to learn, and how we want to use the Salesforce software to assist in our Student Recruitment needs. Together we have developed a timeline in training, with links and "homework" supports to help our team feel comfortable using this software. We are looking forward to continuing in our journey with Scadea when it comes to training and learning, with hopes of our Team using Salesforce daily and comfortably like they do with their other every day software and tech uses like Outlook, Word, etc.. Eli and his team have always been easy to talk to, and to reach and get assistance if we have questions outside of our "hands on" sessions.

Scadea Software Solutions Inc., was recommended to us by our then Salesforce account manager in early 2021. At that time we had recently decided to migrate multiple departments to several salesforce and native salesforce products. What started the push to salesforce was our need to replace a key platform that we had recently learned would lose support in Canada in 2022. Scadea was brought on to assist us in building the foundational blocks for our Pardot product and then to provide us with the product training. Although we are still working to fully recognize the ROI on this build, ultimately because of the scope of our digital transformation project here at the University , we are a satisfied customer. In fact we are now looking to again partnering with Scadea to assist us in a larger capacity during the next 12 months. This contract will have their team assist us in building campaigns, providing salesforce training and to help us administer our Salesforce Organization.
