I came to Nick and the Summit One team in pretty desperate need of help. Our initial implementation had gone horribly with another provider and a subsequent effort to fix our problems wasted many months of time and ran into a dead end. Nick and the team graciously took on our case and went to work solving the myriad of problems we had. They were able to work through our issues, re-build key flows, and get us functioning with some great automation to boot! Great team.

The Summit One Team was very consultative in their approach, listening to our needs and translating those needs into a highly functional application. They were very sensitive to our budget limitations as well.

We hired Summit One to help us with consolidating our contact record types. It no longer made sense to categorize our contacts by record type when there was so much overlap. I was, quite honesty, dreading this project as I wasn't equipped to handle it and was worried about the time it would take to make the change.
