Giving feedback to the IT department or project team should be easy. Salesforce users work in Salesforce. And why should they need to learn how to use a different tool when they want to provide their feedback on the implementation or new delivered functionalities by their project team? Why switch browser tabs and copy/paste urls to Salesforce records? We think that can be done easier, right from within Salesforce. That’s why we’ve built Instant User Feedback. Users can give feedback by opening the app from the Utility Bar. And since it is context aware, they no longer have to copy/paste record urls. We already know what you’re working on and save that information directly into the feedback record.
