Additional Requirements
Your org must have the ‘Relate Contact to Multiple Accounts’ feature enabled in Account Settings. The packaged flow creates AccountContactRelation records, which is an object that is created when that setting is turned on.

Additional Details

Data quality is an ever present issue when setting up a Contact and the contact's relationships to other Accounts and Opportunities. This Flow uses brand new features in Winter '23 like Data Table and multi-select Lookup to create a seamless contact creation experience. First you'll have your users create the contact using the minimum-amount of fields required. Then, using the 'Relate Contacts to Multiple Accounts' feature, you'll be able to relate that Contact to as many Accounts as you need and assign them a role. Once that's done, the Flow will look for any 'Open' opportunities for those selected accounts, and display them in a Data Table on the screen. The user can select any number of Opportunity records and an Opportunity Role. From the opportunities selected, the Flow will create Contact-Opportunity role records.
