Fantastic tool for connecting Einstein Bots with AI
This is a fantastic tool for connecting Einstein Bots with AI, Google Gemini in my case. It significantly improved the user experience in the demo bot I've been building for work. The developer, Bartosz, was able to assist in some initial questions I had. Using the documentation and some AI assistance, I was able to get this working how I envisioned. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their Salesforce bot with AI-powered functionality.

This is a straightforward tool that integrates nicely in flows and bots etc. to analyze intent, extract data etc. I used in one use case in an Einstein bot to analyze intent much like you would see in Agentforce and act accordingly. Bartosz is very responsive as well. Try it out!

Hi Mateusz, I'm trying to implement the Einstein Bot Intent Detector in my Demo Org but I keep running into an issue with the first step. I've created 2 easy Intents: Order Information and Potential Lead -> When testing my bot and typing 'I want more information about my order', I get the response 'Sorry I didn't understand that'. As if my message didn't get searched through the OpenAI. Any idea what might be wrong?

As we resolved the issue during the call, leaving info for future users' reference: if the app is not detecting the intents/extracting data correctly, be sure to look at the logs - "EBID Logs" tab. It might be a problem with your Open AI account - e.g. your API Key is incorrect or you have insufficient quota. Such information will be included in the app logs.
