Team IBR is an extraordinary partner. Across the board their resources are knowledgeable and experienced. They have worked elbow-to-elbow with us to make sure the appropriate choices are made. The project is one where we had to build on top of an existing application. As we touched each item, they led us through the choices to refactor or enhance, and in every instance they improved the code base and left the solution easier to utilize and manage for accomplishing the basics that need to done routinely.
