Our project involved setting up Salesforce and migrating data from multiple databases and spreadsheets into Salesforce to consolidate our information and use Salesforce as our only database moving forward. AAYOTech took on this project on a pro-bono basis through Catchafire. They were professional and knowledgeable, building solutions that fit our needs. There was good communication at the start of the project when defining the scope and helping them to understand the needs of our organization. However, I think we could have benefitted from more communication, especially regarding the migration part of the project. With more input from our staff, we could have helped clean and prepare the data for migration, allowing for a more complete migration with fewer errors. Overall the project went well, and we have appreciated the follow-up from AAYOTech as they help us adapt and overcome any issues we may have with the implementation after the project was completed and pushed live.

Aaron was a dream to work with. He knew what we need better than we did and he was great at communicating with us. We are a small non-profit and he set up our whole system and specifically made the nightmare of organizing and importing all of our current data and information into salesforce in a clear and efficient way. He was flexible with our schedule and got things done when we needed him to. He continuously helps us by thinking of ways to add extra features to the platform to boost functionality in creative and analytical ways.
