Additional Details
This connector is a managed integration to send Heap behavioral data to Salesforce. Heap will create two custom objects to sync user and account usage data on a nightly basis. Event usage is calculated as number of users or accounts who performed an event in a certain lookback window (e.g. number of users who signed up for marketing emails in the past 7 days). With this connector, you can sync behavioral data to Salesforce to take action based on behavioral patterns. Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing organizations can use Heap data in account health scoring, customer usage reporting, and customer engagement automation.
