We are overall happy with Salesforce's project management, but have found that the technical implementation have been lacking quality. After finalizing the implementation and putting Interaction Studio to use, we gradually discovered several concerns. One factor was the Salesforce team having severe difficulties implenting our first use case. After using a large amount of hours, a consultant from Pearl, our technical partner, came in and solved the issue fairly easily. Now we've discovered more signs that the technical implementation unfortunately has been poor. Most critically we have experience severe issues with ID stitching, making us unable to make use of Interaction Studio until this has been properly resolved. I'd suggest Salesforce invest time and money in training their technical resources properly.
Pearl and especially Trivenn as our main consultant have delivered expert advice and helped us learn and develop a good strategy for using SFMC for commercial and transactional mails. They are always available and has also stepped in in several other projects to help us upgrade and develop our CRM and costumer portal, to further help us use Salesforce in a better way. I am changing workplace and will hire them if I can again. They make working with Salesforce a lot of fun and I can’t wait to see where it will bring our company.
That implementation can be a great experience as long as you have a dedicated partner which we, in this case, surely had.
