The team was great and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. I will say the information gathering/mapping stage is the most critical time to design the right product for your needs. I wish I had a chance to do it over. Understanding how the product works now at completion would have changed how we had set up the design at the beginning. Moving from paper-based processes to a software solution was challenging for us to say the least. Though the final product doesn't exactly provide an all-in-one solution for us, we have made a good first step towards software implementation for our team.
