MOTD is designed to allow you to display static or randomized messages to your users. Inspired by the “quotes” program that you can find on those older mainframe/green screen command line interfaces, you can use this utility to display a quote, a message, advice, guidance or just about anything. Some feature highlights include: * Lightning components to display messages from any Lightning page * Randomly display a message every time the page loads * Randomly display a message that changes every day * Make a message appear on a specific day, month, year * Make a message appear on a specific calendar week or weekday * Maintain multiple quote files, so you can target different users or pages * Use Static Resource text files for sourcing the messages from one big text document * Use Salesforce records for sourcing the messages, allowing for you to grant users the privilege of being a quote maintainer * Use rich text and hyperlinks in messages * Integrate the messages engine into your own code or flows * Built in support for Lightning, but you can make it work in Classic * Full install, admin, developer guide and sample files at https://nand.net/MOTD/motd-UserGuide.pdf
