Micado have worked hard to embed themselves within our business, learning how we do things specifically here rather than trying to apply a generalized model. Their work with other EDBs have given them a valuable perspective on our problems and they have been able to provide good input into solution design.

They have amazing communication throughout the whole project and are very considerate of any ideas being put on the table.

The Micado team engaged well with Powerco while we worked together. Great ideas and solutions were proposed, and the team was friendly and promptly responded to all queries. The only area of improvement I have to suggest is the quality of deliverables can be improved. Unit testing strategies can be worked out within their team and can be improved. Otherwise, the team was fantastic to work with and added great value to our business.

Razvan was great at communicating, both in terms of initiating contact when required and being responsive when I had a question. He was also very thorough in explaining different approaches, the implications of each and careful to identify and outline risk and how to manage it. He also provided best practice advice to ensure clean ups would be kept to a minimum, e.g. ownership of content & updates, guidance around a master email template etc. Overall, a great guy to work with.
