Dalton CRM is a consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation in the Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) and Nonprofit Sectors. We are a Salesforce Partner and specialize in comprehensive and good value Quick Starts. We can provide Administrative backup to SMB's preferring to out source the continued management and development of the CRM rather than use in-house support for continued development. We also train in-house employees on the Salesforce system if required. We can use a combination of training methods. We work with you to maximize the return on your Salesforce investment through creative design and expert use of Salesforce automation functionality. Finding the best ways to provide that return to your business is our thing, we are always ready to go above and beyond to ensure your system runs as you imagined.
