Excelent collaboration
We had an awesome experience working with Fortech Syngenuity on a MuleSoft project. Their team was highly collaborative and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the client roadmap. Communication was smooth throughout, making the joint delivery seamless.
Fortech Syngenuity was engaged to deliver a data model change to an existing Salesforce solution which had complex 3rd party integrations. The Salesforce solution was build on Service Cloud and the change to the underlying data model was a key requirement to deliver a true single view of a customer within Salesforce. The partner quickly understood the requirements and was able to independently define a delivery timeline. Regular updates of the build and test phases were provided and any risks or impacts to the delivery timeline identified and communicated. The delivery of the final solution went very smoothly - the team were professional and great communicators. Overall a great experience - would recommend.
Working with Adina, Ruxandra, Alexandru Catalin or Bogdan made the project seem easier than it actually was. We didn`t have previous experience, as a company, with this type of projects but the Fortech Syngenuity team provided enough input for us to be able to make the best business decisions along the way.
