I had a very positive experience working with this partner to implement changes to Salesforce. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I greatly appreciated the regular updates. One standout aspect was their flexibility in how we shared the necessary changes. Sometimes, we discussed the changes during meetings, while other times, I was able to email a Word document that visually outlined the changes and included helpful comments. Overall, it was a smooth and collaborative experience, and I would highly recommend working with this partner.
